Formula 1 as you’ve never seen it before: for the first time, 30 single-seaters together in one place 

Never before has such a complete, authentic and emotionally charged collection been assembled: 30 original Formula 1 cars, all gathered in a single exhibition. 

This is the essence of “75:1 – 75 Years, One Seat”, an extraordinary showcase celebrating 75 years of Formula 1 through its true icons — the cars themselves. 

A once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to journey through seven decades of technology, innovation and legend: from the romantic roar of the 1950s to the hyper-technological era of the new millennium, told through the machines that made history. 

Twelve of the most iconic single-seaters will be displayed in a central exhibition at the BolognaFiere Service Centre, arranged along a timeline retracing the great milestones of Formula 1 evolution. 

Another 18 cars will be featured across exhibitor stands in a “widespread exhibition”, bringing Formula 1 into direct contact with visitors throughout the fairgrounds. 

Highlights include: 

• Ferrari 500 F2 (1952) – The car with which Alberto Ascari won two World Championships; a personal gift from Enzo Ferrari. 

• Mercedes-Benz W196R (1954) – The car that Juan Manuel Fangio drove to dominate the 1954 and 1955 seasons. 

• Ferrari 156 F1 (1963) – With its 190 HP rear V6 engine, it marked a turning point in design philosophy. 

• Cooper T81 Maserati (1966) – Powered by a V12 derived from Fangio’s 250F. 

• Shadow DN3 (1974) – Driven by Tom Pryce, who also raced it in the Shell Sport series in 1976. 

• Ferrari 312 T4 (1979) – Gilles Villeneuve’s car in the epic Dijon duel with Arnoux. 

• Toro Rosso STR12 (2017) – Driven by Carlos Sainz and Daniil Kvyat, a symbol of modern Formula 1. 

And making its much-anticipated appearance: the Ferrari F2007, the car with which Kimi Räikkönen won the 2007 Brazilian Grand Prix and claimed the World Championship title — the first Ferrari of the post-Schumacher era, and the last to bring the Drivers’ Championship back to Maranello. 

This major cultural project is made possible thanks to the collaboration of the MAUTO – Museo Nazionale dell’Automobile, the Nationales Automuseum – Loh Collection, ACI Storico, ASI, private collectors and historical archives.
