At Auto e Moto d’Epoca 2026, three tcons tell the story of Ayrton Senna

Two Ferraris driven and owned by Ayrton Senna, alongside a Honda CBR600 connected to his story, will take centre stage at Andrea Nannetti’s stand.

Among the cars and motorcycles to discover at Auto e Moto d’Epoca 2026 will be three vehicles directly connected to the story of Ayrton Senna. At Andrea Nannetti’s stand, as part of “Senna Untold: The Untold Story”, visitors will be able to see a Ferrari Testarossa Monodado Monospecchio, a Ferrari 348 TB and a Honda CBR600.

The two Ferraris tell different chapters of Senna’s relationship with the brand. The Ferrari Testarossa Monodado Monospecchio was driven by Senna in 1985, following the Italian Grand Prix, when he had the opportunity to test the car at Monza, completing several laps. It was the first Ferrari he had ever driven.

The Ferrari 348 TB, meanwhile, accompanied Senna during his years in Italy and is also associated with his relationship with actress and model Carol Alt, one of the best-known relationships in his private life.

One detail links the two Ferraris: they are believed to be the only two Ferraris that Ayrton Senna ever drove and used.

The Honda CBR600 is linked to an episode from 1988, when it was used in Imola for a Hugo Boss commercial filmed on the occasion of the San Marino Grand Prix. At the time, the brand sponsored McLaren, powered by Honda engines, with Ayrton Senna and Alain Prost as its drivers: two names destined to become central figures in one of the most famous rivalries in Formula 1 history.

Three vehicles, three different stories, and an opportunity for visitors to Auto e Moto d’Epoca to get up close to some of the machines that accompanied Ayrton Senna both on and off the Formula 1 stage.
