The classic car and motorcycle exhibition<\/strong><strong>\u2019<\/strong><strong>s is celebrating two important milestones\u00a0 this year:\u00a0<\/strong>its <strong>40th anniversary<\/strong> and its <strong>first edition<\/strong> in its new home, the city of Bologna, from 26th to 29th October 2023.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Auto e Moto d&#8217;Epoca&#8217;s roadmap is also underway in the lead up to Bologna, as it heads around the continent taking part in Europe&#8217;s most important exhibitions. <\/strong>After attending the <em>Classic Car Show<\/em> in Maastricht in January, it&#8217;s time to head to Paris to partake in the prestigious <strong>R\u00e8tromobile Show, an international event for enthusiasts from 1st to 5th February 2023. Auto e Moto d&#8217;Epoca will be there at stand B007 in Pavilion 2.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><br \/><\/strong><strong>Acting as ambassador of Italian heritage culture in Paris is a <\/strong><strong>1928 Maserati 26B, a jewel from <\/strong><strong>MAUTO (the\u00a0<\/strong><strong>National Car Museum) in Turin. \u00a0<\/strong>Model 26 was <strong>Maserati&#8217;s first car;<\/strong> <strong>it was immediately successful as it won first place at the 1926 Targa Florio in the 1500 cc category. In the following year, its evolution made its debut <\/strong><em>\u2212<\/em><strong> the 26B <\/strong><em>\u2212<\/em><strong> with an inline-eight engine; Alfieri Maserati won third place at the 1927 Targa Florio with this model. In 1928, the car went on to win <\/strong>the prestigious <strong>Marche Italian Championship<\/strong><strong>. According to the Maserati brothers, it is the &#8220;first car built in our garages&#8221;, and it is one of the first cars to enter the MAUTO collection.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><br \/><\/strong><strong>&#8220;<\/strong><em>The culture of Italian historic cars is widely appreciated in Europe both for the quality of the conservation and for Italy<\/em><em>\u2019<\/em><em>s widespread passion for motors<\/em><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><em>\u2212<\/em><strong> says the organiser of Auto e Moto d&#8217;Epoca, <\/strong><strong>Mario Carlo Baccaglini<\/strong><strong>.<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><em>This year, we can count on an additional incentive to increase the number of participants from abroad: the new venue, BolognaFiere, located in the heart of the Motor Valley, offers many more services, spaces and ease of access, to both visitors and exhibitors.
