ACCREDITATION APPLICATION METHOD
Accreditation applications for Auto e Moto d’Epoca ed. 2023 (“the Event”) should be presented solely on-line according to the procedure set out in the regulations herein, as from 1st September and by no later than 4th October 2023. The accreditation is to be deemed valid only after confirmation by the Auto e Moto d’Epoca Press Office and will be confirmed by no later than 12th October 2023. Applications presented in any other way will not be considered. On-site accreditation will not be possible.
REQUIREMENTS AND CRITERIA
- Accreditation is only and solely issued for the coverage of the event.
- Only journalists holding a valid professional card will be accredited. However, this card is not sufficient to obtain accreditation. You need to prove you are working for a newspaper registered with the court. Collaborators and freelancers must send a letter of appointment from the Director of the newspaper they work for.
- Newspapers and printed periodicals must be for sale to the public (business magazines and house organs will not be accredited).
- Under no circumstances will advertising agencies, public relations agencies or companies be accredited as media.
- Photographers and video operators must present the company's certificate of incorporation or a letter of appointment issued by the director of a newspaper registered with the court with jurisdiction, attesting their qualification as a professional.
- Social Media - Blogger - Influencer: a single accreditation is granted for each newspaper and only to the author of the same (professional). The newspaper must necessarily meet the following requirements: 1) relevance to the event’s sector, 2) linked social media account (which must be specified), 3) continuous activity for at least two years, with regular update of posts.
- It is hereby specified that the letter of appointment must contain the following information:
- name and surname of the appointed person covering the event;
- duty of the appointed person;
- information about the newspaper;
- e-mail address to send communications to;
- signature of the director in charge.
- Media accreditation applications cannot be made for third parties or multiple applications; similarly the accreditation must be collected personally by the applicant (via e-mail).
- The press pass must be visible when it is in use.
- Media accreditation is only issued to those over 18 years of age.

The accreditation service is free of charge and reserved for media operators.
Once we have received your e-mail, we will send you the accreditation instructions (or the accreditation itself) or if not, you will be sent an e-mail stating that your accreditation application does not meet the required parameters
Incomplete, non-compliant, or late requests will not be accepted.
Notification of the outcome of the application will be made by e-mail to the address provided. It is advisable you check your spam folder too.
All updates, video footage, photos, press releases and news relating to the event will be available in the Media Area of the Auto e Moto d’Epoca website
DECLARATION OF LIABILITY
By submitting your accreditation application, you hereby declare:
- that you are aware that the accreditation and consequently any pass provided are strictly personal and nominal and that you are aware that it is absolutely forbidden to transfer it to third parties.
- that you release BolognaFiere S.p.A. and all persons and companies involved in the organisation of Auto e Moto d’Epoca from all liability for any damage caused or perpetrated by the user of the pass to third parties or property.
- that you indemnify the Organiser from any claim made by third parties concerning photos and/or audio-video footage taken during the journalistic activity during the course of the exhibition.
Please note that the pass remains the property of the Organiser who may withdraw them at any time. Any misuse will result in the immediate withdrawal of any passes.
PROCESSING OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
The processing of the personal data collected in the course of the accreditation procedures will take place in accordance with the provisions of EU Regulation no. 2016/679 (referred to as the GDPR) and Italian Leg. Decree no. 196/2003 as amended by Italian Leg. Decree no. 101/2018. For details on the processing of personal data, please refer to the Privacy Policy pursuant to Art. 13 of the GDPR.
I expressly accept, also pursuant to Articles 1341 and 1342 of the Italian Civil Code, the following clauses of the Press Accreditation Regulations, Section 4 (express assumption of liability).
