AND SPARE PARTS MARKET
The most important vintage car market in Europe.
Over 5,000 cars on sale. In the heart of the Padua car show lives the fascinating and varied world of the history and culture of motors. Here you can find the response to the passion of those who even appreciate the tiniest details of cars that are masterpieces of technology and design of the past. History, culture, innovation and engineering accompany and enrich every moment spent here visiting the world of vintage cars.
When we think of a vintage car we think of them. They are the models that accompanied the car from its birth until 1970. They represent the historical evidence of the evolution of a product that has revolutionised the life and culture of humanity. The Padua Show is the biggest market in Europe of these cars with over 4,000 models on sale.
They are cars produced after 1970. They are mainly sports cars with exceptional performance levels and that already contained such important innovative elements, that they have now become an integral part of the new models. At the Padua Show you can admire them, as well as buy them, from one of the biggest selection of models in the world.
We can call it "the other side" of collecting. If, on the one hand, we find lovers of perfect vehicles, weekends spent polishing chromium platings and spoked wheels, on the other we find people who purchase a vintage car to relive the golden days of races on the track or road, and rallies on dirt roads. Emotions, energy, adrenaline, but most of all cars.
Over 500 motorbikes displayed, from the models that our great-grandfathers rode to the models of the 1980s. The historical retrospective reaches the end of the last century but that’s not all. At the Padua Show you can buy perfectly renovated motorbikes or to be fully overhauled with the help of expert mechanics and experts in historical bikes.
Old license plates, handbooks from the last century, dashboards, speedometers, coil ignitions, nuts, rims and badges. There is an infinite number of items to discover and buy in this area. And for anyone who doesn’t have a vintage car to renovate or keep roadworthy, the over 600 spare part suppliers present at the Padua Show still create a display not to be missed. A colourful market where everyone can find something special to buy.
If the classic cars on sale are the heart of the Show, the historical clubs are its soul. On the stands where the vintage cars are displayed, visitors can meet, plan activities and gatherings but, above all, share a passion which is catching for everyone who comes to the Show.
The historical models on sale at the Padua Show are not toys. They are rare pieces of history or top quality craftsmanship. Or reproductions of varying value of a now distant past or from more recent years. Around the model-making stands, you can meet people of all ages, looking for a piece missing from their beloved collection or models of cars that they have seen their grandparents driving.
A route through vintage furniture and clothing, sports accessories inspired by the world of cars, art and handmade tailoring.
