Over 20 years ago, Valerio Fumagalli created EGV1 in the most famous Italian textile production district located between Varese and Como. This brand initially focused on manufacturing uniforms and today it specialises in clothing and accessories for over 50 global airline companies.
Over time, Fumagalli's passion for car racing and the friendships he established with pilots and managers led to him supplying uniforms and accessories for racing teams. This was a new commercial endeavour for him which began with Jorge Lorenzo's Yamaha and ventured into the car racing and rallying world, thanks to Team Alfa Romeo Sauber's foray into Formula 1 racing.
This is an important commitment which involves the entire company: they manufacture over 150,000 items a year, from socks to hats, T-shirts to jackets and clothing worn by pilots Giovinazzi and Raikkonen.
