Ferrari is a legend built on a world made of cars but also on interesting anecdotes and secrets; come and discover them from the people who have worked on restoring these vehicles for a lifetime. Every Ferrari is unique, but vintage Ferraris are often one of a kind (or close to one of a kind) due to the extravagant requests of eccentric clients or the creative craftsmanship of the company which improved upon the models as they were being manufactured. Cars from the same series could therefore have completely different components or details or give life to more series and versions, often produced in limited edition series.
For over 30 years, GTO Engineering, which will be participating in Auto e Moto d'Epoca 2019 in Pavillion 7, has operated within the kaleidoscopic world of Ferrari. This company was established to restore exceptional Ferrari models, such as the 275s, the Daytona 365s and the 250s (from which the famous GTO version takes its name) and throughout the years is has branched out, now supplying exchange parts, particularly rare ones. Thanks to its research, GTO became the heir of historic Ferrari suppliers such as FIM Forcellini, specialised in radiators and expansion tubs - or distributors for foreign companies such as Classic Srl, a well-known waste system manufacturer which continues to manufacture, the same components that the parent company once produced.
Today, GTO Engineering can find almost any spare part for Ferraris dating from the 50s to date, and at present it is also expanding its inventory to supply classic Lamborghini and Maserati spare parts. In addition to this, the company offers its expertise which stems from decades of restorations and know-how in the field.
