The market, private sector and spare parts sector are on the up this year and AME is on its way to being sold out before the summer break, well ahead of previous editions. Italian design from the 60s, Youngtimers and specialised spare parts are among the leading sectors of the 2022 edition, and the community of vintage tractor aficionados is also growing.

A tangible sign that this industry is in a hurry to leave behind the uncertainty of the last two years is the fact that AME is experiencing a record number of registrations in the private sector and on the market.

Noteworthy is the growth in the specialised spare parts sector for vintage cars and the Youngtimer's car market, particularly when it comes to rarer, highly sought-after models, such as sports series or former racing cars.

Oldtimers are also garnering a lot of attention, and this year will be particularly special in terms of Italian design from the 50s and 60s, from prestigious Touring Superleggera models to the more innovative economy cars which have made history in this industry.

On the market, a niche space will also be dedicated to the ever-growing community of vintage tractors enthusiasts, those being one of the original roots of Italian motorsport.
