The friendship between Pininfarina and Enzo Ferrari created a symbol of speed and elegance.

Soft shapes, a large cooling outlet, a large upper section and low windows: the Ferrari 250 MM, dating back to 1953, was the extraordinarily innovative solution that Pininfarina came up with to give form to Enzo Ferrari's idea: a car that could embody the true racing and sporting spirit. The model, on display at the “CAMET(the Tuscan Vintage Car and Motorbike Club) stand at Padua 2018, was first presented in Geneva in 1953, although its story began in one of the most fiercely fought Mille Miglia races in history. In fact, the MM came from the 250 S used by Giovanni Bracco to beat Karl Kling's Mercedes in the hard-fought head-to-head race back in 1952. The model was further developed during the 24 Hours of Le Mans and the Carrera Panamericana and, after its official presentation in Switzerland, it went on to become Bracco's official car for the 1953 Mille Miglia race. It then continued its sporting career in Argentina, being driven by Alberto Rodriguez Larreta.
