Auto e Moto d'Epoca has dedicated a section to  two-wheel vehicles: from the sports vehicles which defined the history of competitions to new models inspired by classic tradition.

For the second year running, Auto e Moto d'Epoca is sharing the stories of the great racing motorbikes. In 2020, AME showcased the winning Ducatis and Suzukis ridden by Carlos Checa, Troy Bayliss, Casey Stoner and Lucchinelli, and historic gems from the past, such as Capirossi's Ducatis GP06 LC. Genesio Bevilacqua's "Moto dei Miti" (Legendary Bikes) collection excited two-wheel experts in the "L'uomo che ha sconfitto i giganti" (The Man who defeated the Giants) exhibition.  In 2020, the Italian Army also participated with a selection of historic motorbikes used by the forces on duty.

In 2021, "L'Italia che vince le corse" (Race-winning Italy), the exhibition dedicated to Italian manufacturers who made history in important competitions, exhibited vehicles of London's  "Veloce Classic", including the 1956 Gilera 500 4 cylinders GP, which won six World championships between 1950 and 1957.

Continuity has long been a "trademark" of the world of motors.  Next to the winning motorbikes of old and recent competitions, Auto e Moto d'Epoca also showcased the latest R18 BMW Motorrad series: present-day models inspired by trademark BMW flair and vintage lines.
