Ancient crafts and state-of-the-art technology come together at Auto e Moto d'Epoca to bring 20th-century gems back to their original splendour and to train new generations of specialised craftspeople.

Cold-rolling metal sheets, which manages to create shapes without edges, is one of the most fascinating restorative art forms and, every year, Auto e Moto d'Epoca welcomes specialised artisans who, thanks to the Academy of Restoration, pass on their ancient knowledge and know-how to the new generations.

Besides manual skills, avant-garde technology is more and more frequently impacted by the restoration techniques used on monuments and artwork. This is the case of the Classic Center Toppino workshop which, in Padua, shows how the combination of laser tools and manual interventions bring back to life historic vehicles, even hundred-year old cars.

In honour of the many professional car restoration specialists, AME offers all collectors and experts the biggest spare part market space in Europe: 600 specialists who grow in numbers and expertise each year, with new solutions such as 3D-printing and the Stellantis Heritage Parts programme.

Each of these "components" contributes to making Auto e Moto d'Epoca the number one vintage car reference point in Italy and Europe.

Restoration is in fact a niche within a niche, with tens of thousands of pieces and diverse solutions available for you to take the best care of your vintage car.
