Auto e Moto d’Epoca is the perfect opportunity to discover a key district in the history and in the future of motoring. The fact that the international Classic vehicle exhibition has moved to BolognaFiere has already piqued the interest of the European trade press.

It was one of the cradles of Italian motoring, an experimentation hub where the passion for speed and mechanics led to the establishment of one of the greatest manufacturers that still dominate the collective imagination of two- and four-wheeled vehicle fans. The great supercar and racing and road motorcycle makes – such as Ferrari, Lamborghini, Dallara, Ducati, Maserati, Pagani – mean the Motor Valley is an essential point of interest for any motoring fan.

By moving Auto e Moto d’Epoca to BolognaFiere, the International Classic Vehicle Exhibition reaches the heart of the Motor Valley and will constitute a unique opportunity for Italian and European visitors to discover the past and future of engines Made in Italy.

Journalists from the German trade magazine, Oldtimer Markt, have already seized this opportunity to dedicate an impressive piece to the ‘motoring’ territory near Bologna and to the Fiera di Bologna exhibition centre which will be playing host to Auto e Moto d’Epoca.

The move to BolognaFiere marks the 40th edition of Auto e Moto d’Epoca and has led to a burst of interest not just from the trade press but also from many European exhibitors whose participation has allowed the milestone of 235 thousand square metres of exhibition space to be achieved - that’s twice as much as last year’s edition.

For this and many other reasons, the 2023 edition, the first hosted by BolognaFiere, will be an edition to remember: never as big, never as international, never before as close to the heritage of passion, tradition, culture and industrial innovation as the Motor Valley itself.
