The “Orgoglio italiano” (Italian pride) display, housed in the famous and popular “ASI Village” in Exhibition Hall 25, will embrace more than 100 years of motoring history, bringing together Federate Clubs in a shared space and narrative.

“Orgoglio italiano” will be the common denominator of the ASI VILLAGE, the space which is set to host some of the most representative models in the extraordinary history of motoring made in Italy.

ASI - Automotoclub Storico Italiano (Historic Italian Automoto Club) will be taking part in the exhibition hall set up with over 20 Federate Clubs. Among the previews, the 1956 Alfa Romeo Giulietta which belonged to Enrico Mattei and is still preserved by the family of the founder of ENI and a leading figure in the Italian history of the second half of the 20th Century.

The ASI booth will feature the official presence of the Italian Navy with the display of the 1:25 scale model of the Amerigo Vespucci Italian Training Ship, currently sailing all around the world.

The following three clubs will be attending:

  • The Bianchina Club, with a booth celebrating the designer of the Bianchina, Fabio Luigi Rapi, engineer and artist who designed numerous cars for Zagato before joining Fiat, and also designed the last Isotta Fraschini. The Bianchina which reached North Cape last June and a pre-series Bianchina Cabriolet with a body in a shade of blue which was not produced will both be on display;
  • The Club Officina Ferrarese del Motorismo Storico will proudly present two rare finds: a Cisitalia 202 coupé and a 202 Spider Mille Miglia. Very few specimens of the latter in particular were built between 1947 and 1948. On the occasion of the event, Alberta, daughter of engineer Giovanni Savonuzzi, the creator of the Cisitalia, who was born in Ferrara, will be arriving directly from the United States to pay tribute to this extraordinary motoring heritage.
  • The Club Bologna Auto Storiche will exhibit three cars of outstanding prestige: an OSCA 1600 GT prototype, a special, one-of-a-kind Lancia Aurelia B20 "Mille Miglia" and the first ever Traction Avant designed by Flaminio Bertoni. The Garage Traction Avant Italia historic register was also founded in July 2019, which intends to list all the Citroen Traction Avant present across Italy and register them in this virtual garage. The purpose is to establish a point of reference for the owners of this car model, providing any information about preservation and restoration.
