Reduced price tickets are reserved for:

• Children aged 13 to 17
• People with a disability rating below 80%

Please note that ACI, AEFI, and ASI cards do not grant access to reduced price entry.

Reduced price tickets must be collected at the dedicated ticket counters at the Michelino, Costituzione, and Aldo Moro entrances.

Complimentary tickets are reserved for

• Children aged 12 and under
• People with a disability rating above 80% with a carer

For those who have purchased tickets on-line, you can go to the dedicated North Entrance, near the North car park, or enter through one of the other Exhibition entrances (Aldo Moro Entrance, Costituzione Entrance – Piazza della Costituzione, and Michelino Entrance – Via Michelino).

Dogs and pets are permitted only if on a lead and wearing a muzzle or in an appropriate carrier. Guide dogs for people with disabilities are an exception and may enter without any restrictions.
